Resveratrol is a polyphenol, i.e. a secondary plant ingredient that naturally plays an important role in the protection and defence system of many plants. Red grapes in particular, and the red wine and also grape juice made from them, are repeatedly mentioned in scientific and nutritional circles because of their high resveratrol content. Each capsule contains 240 mg trans-resveratrol.
Ingredients: Trans-Resveratrol (41 %), Microcrystalline Cellulose (bulking agent), Gelatine, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide (separating agent).
Recommended daily dose: Take 1 capsule unchewed with sufficient liquid.
Consult with your doctor if taking medications at the same time.
