The Herbafit ordering system
In order to make your purchasing process as easy and uncomplicated as possible, we have once again made improvements to our shop and the ordering system.
The individual steps for the order process are explained to you below.
Select products
If you have found a product on our website which you would like to order, click on Add to cart, in order to put one of these items into the shopping cart.
In the top right area of the page, the current number of items placed into the shopping basket are shown. By clicking on To shopping cart you will be shown the details of your shopping cart.
Shopping cart
In the shopping cart, you will be shown the items you have selected so far. You can remove items from the shopping cart, adapt the order quantities of the individual items, enter a voucher or start the order process.
Change the order quantity of an article |
Simply enter the new, required quantity into the text field in the Quantity column. This symbol appears to the right of it to recalculate the shopping cart. Click on the symbol to display the recalculated total price. |

Delete article |
Click on the appropriate wastepaper basket icon shown on the right-hand side, next to the Quantity input field. The item will then be removed from the shopping cart. |
Order article |
Are you satisfied with the contents of your shopping basket? Then click on to checkout to start the order process. |
Save shopping cart |
If you are still not sure or if you want to complete your order later, click Save at the bottom of the shopping cart. Make a note of your individual identifier or have it sent to you by e-mail. |
Load shopping cart |
Click on Restore Cart and enter your noted identification in the field that opens. Confirm your input by clicking Load. The saved shopping cart is now added to the current shopping cart. |

Click PRINT to print the current shopping cart. |
Checkout process
Step 1: Address
In order to send you the products you have selected, we require your name and your address. You can add a customer account by saving your information. During your next visit to our shop, you will only need your email address and the password given during registration.

Guidelines on setting up a customer account
The set-up of your account comprises of four simple steps. First you select your welcome gift. Then enter your invoice address in the second step, and some other information in the third. Finally, please select your personal password. After clicking on Save and proceed to check-out you will then reach the next step, "Payment".
Instructions for guest ordering
The form for ordering as a guest is shorter and consists of only two steps. Please enter your billing address first. Next, fill in the remaining details and continue to payment.
Step 2: Payment
On first ordering from our shop, you must select your required method of payment. Payment via invoice is possible as well as via direct debit, credit card or iDeal (only for dutch bank accounts). After this selection step, please click on Save and proceed to checkout. Then you will come to the last step "Confirm order".
Step 3: Confirm order
Finally, all important data on your order are shown to you again. Here you can undertake the final corrections and, for example, alter your delivery address. If the data shown is correct, please complete the order process by clicking on Order and pay.
