How we deliver from Holland and to Germany:
Your delivery takes place as quickly as possible; in Holland and Germany within 4 working days after closure of contract. We deliver within Holland and Germany free of postage and packaging costs from an order value of 40,00 €!
Below an order value of 40,00 €, we calculate 4,90 € shipping costs. Minimum order value 15,00 €.
How we deliver to other foreign countries:
Minimum order value 20,00 €. We are happy to share the respective shipping costs, which depend on the weight of the package and the country, on request, or these are shown to you at the end of the order process in the case of an online order. We ask for your understanding that the delivery times to foreign countries may vary depending on the region by up to 30 days.
Your order and the conclusion of the contract in the Webshop:
In our Webshop on herbafit.com, you can select products from our range and collect these via the "Place in shopping basket" button in a so-called shopping basket. Using the "ORDER SUBJECT TO A CHARGE" button, you can submit a binding application for purchase for the goods in your shopping basket. You can change and view the data at any time prior to sending the order. By pressing the button, you can accept these contractual conditions.
Your order represents an offer to us for the conclusion of a purchase agreement. Please understand that we can only accept your order if we have the goods in stock. If you submit an order to herbafit.com, we send you an email which confirms the receipt of the order and lists its details (order confirmation). The order confirmation does not represent the acceptance of your offer, but rather should only inform you that your order has been received, whereby your offer is considered binding 14 days from the transmission of your order. The purchase contract is not concluded until we inform you via Email within the 14-day commitment period that we accept your offer, or at the latest through the delivery of the goods to you within the 14-day commitment period. In this email, but at the latest on delivery of the goods, you will be sent the contract text (consisting of the order, GTCs and order confirmation) by us on a permanent data carrier (confirmation of contract). The contract text is saved whilst maintaining the data protection. However, it is then no longer accessible online.
The contract is closed in the language selected by you in the Webshop.
After dispatch of your order, you will receive - if you have stated your Email address - an automatic confirmation of receipt via Email. With your order, you declare your unlimited and unreserved agreement to our listed prices and General Business Terms and Conditions. Any deviating provisions shall only apply if they are expressly acknowledged by us. The purchase agreement shall be considered closed when we confirm your order by sending the goods. Please understand that we can only deliver goods to you if we have them in stock.
Our prices:
Our prices include the legal Value Added Tax and remain valid until issue of the next quotation. For "from ... items", the stated price per item shall apply. The specified pricing is stated to the best of our knowledge. If our quotation still shows an obvious error, e.g. mistake, spelling or calculating error, we reserve the right to charge the correct price. In this case we of course give you the right to immediate withdrawal if you do not agree.

How can you pay?
We generally deliver with subsequent payment by invoice depending on creditworthiness.
Please pay the invoice within 14 days upon receipt of the goods. It is best to pay by automatic debit transfer.
Your advantages from automatic debit transfer:
You receive a 3 % discount, which is automatically deducted from the invoice amount. You do not need to deal with payment anymore. You do not need to transfer or fill out a cheque and bring it to the post office or bank. You save work, possibly postal costs, and usually bank charges as well.
If you issue a debit direct mandate just once, all future orders are automatically processed by automatic debit transfer. Of course you can cancel your direct debit mandate at any time without giving a reason.
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The revocation period totals 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the consignor has or have taken possession of the goods. through a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, by post, a fax or an Email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed Sample cancellation form, which is not however stipulated. In order to meet the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification on the exercising of the right of revocation prior to expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation:
If you revoke this contract, we shall immediately re-pay all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs which have arisen due to you having chosen another type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the statement regarding your withdrawal from this contract is received by us. For this repayment we shall use the same payment means as you used for the original transaction, unless a different method has expressly been agreed with you; on no account shall fees be charged to you pertaining to this repayment. We shall be entitled to refuse repayment until the goods have been received by us again or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, depending upon which is the earlier point in time.
You shall immediately return or hand over the goods to us.
You must promptly return or hand over the goods to us and certainly within 14 days from the day on which you inform us about withdrawal from this contract. They must be sent to;

The deadline shall be considered observed if you return the goods prior to the expiry of the 14-day deadline. We shall bear the cost for the return of the goods.
You shall only be held liable for any loss of value if this loss in value of the goods is attributable to handling other than that which is necessary for the inspection of quality, properties and function.

Our offer is orientated towards end consumers. Therefore, only orders for normal household quantities shall be accepted.
The law of the Netherlands shall apply on contracts between us and yourselves, to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. The legal regulations for limitation of the choice of law and for the compliance with mandatory regulations, in particular those of the state in which you as consumer are habitually resident, shall remain unaffected.
