The willow bark (Salicis cortex) is already mentioned in ancient herbal books. Main ingredients are various phenols, of which the glucoside salicin is the best known. Salicin is converted into the digestive tract to the well-known salicylic acid. The additional content of vitamin C in the capsules supports your body's defences, because vitamin C has been shown to contribute to a normal, healthy immune system function.
Each capsule contains 400 mg salicis and 40 mg vitamin C.
Ingredients: Salicis (73%), Gelatine, Vitamin C, Microcrystalline Cellulose (bulking agent), Magnesium Stearate (separating agent).
Recommended use: Swallow up to 3 capsules up to 3 x daily as required with sufficient liquid.
